Poor Service Turn Over

Having to wait 40 minutes for a meal which the lady at the till said will be 15 minutes is totally unacceptable. My sister and I always eat at Nandos and this is the first time I have ever experienced such mediocre service in my life. Granted that it's month end but not only was the meal cold...It turned out that it was dry.... Another thing we found appalling was the fact that the staffs attitude was in a very rude and disorderly manner, as we lodged our complaints, they had the audacity yo talk back to us as if we are interested the wrong, and this was done might I add...as we were talking about her she proceeded to walk away continuing to give us attitude... This franchise here need to have more staff working as they can see what they become busy month end... Instead of having a pleasant experience we were greeted by people with no sense of urgency and a non chalantness towards customers who have been loyal patrons. The manager instead of helping is busy standing behind the counter chatting up your female patrons... I am not impressed with this place and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a negative 10 out of 10! Highly dissatisfied
