Poor service quality

I wouldn't recommend Nando's after the experience I had on Wednesday at Sandton City. I ordered a quarter chicken with salad take away, the salad was really bad no salad dressing and there was no cutlery (plastic fork at least) did you expect me to dig with my hands I had to ask for cutlery at ocean basket which is not fair luckily a good waiter assisted me(may God bless him) Dear Nando's in future try to slice those tomatoes onions and peppers in an appetising way not in a braai style(they looked like an axe was used to chop them) Hope you correct this as I still love your chicken
