Poor Service- Order not completed

Last night we decided to have Nandos which was perfect for the cold weather. We ordered from Nandos Queensburg branch for delivery. Besides the the food arriving a hour late and was cold, no extra sauce as clearly asked for the side of salad was not delivered. After wasting over R50 airitime trying to get through we were told that the manger will call us. Til now nothing., Its sad when you order take out esp for the kids and u have to wait and by the time it arrives the kids are asleep. Disappointed!
