Poor Service : Not getting what I paid for.

I went to Nandos Klerksdorp on the 28 March 2024 in the evening. We were on our way home and we wanted to have supper there. I made 2 orders, one was for sit-in which was order 960 a full chicken cut into 8 pcs and 2 sides (chips and rolls). The other order 961 was for take away 2 full chicken with sides. After eating I collected my takeaway and I didn't check. When I get to my destination it was around 12:00 midnight. So I just put the bag in the fridge. In the morning I told my wife that I brought 2 chickens one we will eat in the morning and the other at church. Only to find that they only gave me 1 chicken instead of 2. I contacted the shop on Tuesday and spoke to Patrick and he promised to come back to me on Tuesday afternoon; today is Thursday.
