Poor service no communication

I placed an order at Nandos Scottburg at 19:55 made payment even now hasn't received anything when I called there are closed apparently because of loadshedding, what fustrate me why they didnt notify me that my order is cancelled cause the call center can pick up our contact noone bothered to let me know that I won't receive my food I had to make calls with myself to the call center how am I going to sleep hungry. You debit my money no food also
