Poor service Nandos Newlands West Durban

Poor service at nandos Newlands west place a telephonic order at 18:42, by 19:45 the order was still not ready and was told it will take ten minutes by cashier Zodwa and then 15min later she tells me the chicken will take further 20minute to be ready which mean my order will take 1h40min to be ready the shop is not busy at all and the manager has an attitude problem, not prepared to assist at all. When I alerted them that I will lay a complaint they said I must do it as nothing will happen. As I'm writing this message it is now 8:12,and the order is still not ready
