Poor service from nandos canal walk

I am totally disgusted at the service i received from nandos in century city/ canal walk. I stood in the line from 21:40 waiting to place an order. Nothing was advised by the store that they will not be taking orders any more. after making my way to the counter i was informed only then that they wont be taking my order. 20 min i could have gone else where to get food but chose to order from the store. The mananger by the name of Bongani was so rude that he didnt even want us to know what the cashiers name is stating either we deal with him or we leave. I advise i would be escalating this treatment of which he said i can feel free and do what ever i want. +
