Poor service

I was very much frustrated with nandos makhado for taking 2 hours for delivering a meal that was placed at 19:30 and only arrived at 21: 39. Poor service and worst part when we called to inquire they said the people taking orders don't know what is going on in store and they kept on saying the oder is on way.
