Poor service

I ordered food on line and the ETA was 18h30. At 19h00 my food had not arrived and i called the shop. I was informed that there was a delay however my foof will arrive at19h30. At 19h40 i called the shop and was informed that my food was on the ready. I asked the operator if i should come and collect and his response was that it will be delivered as per my request. At 20h30 the food had not been delivered and when i followed up i was told that the order is written for collection. At this point I lost it as i had previously opted to come and collect, i am 5 minutes from the shop. I am disgusted that after ordering food at 17h30 and 5 minutes from my house i still did not receive the meal
