Poor service
The Nando’s at birch acres mall gives poor and unacceptable service. They tell you to wait for chicken for 40mins and then while you wait the staff at the restaurant tell you to move from comfortable chairs and ask you to sit on steel uncomfortable chairs. This is highly disappointing from such a reputable brand. All the staff complain about is that they are tired and want to knock off which is none of my business because that’s not professional. My order number is 566 on 21/012022.
