Poor service continues!

Terrible service from both the store and call centre! I called to complain about the poorly prepared meal I had purchased. To date, I have received no feedback, not even an apology from the store itself. Looking at the history of complaints of this particular food outlet on hellopeter, it is concerning! For such highly priced meals, your service needs attention!
