Poor service at Nandos North Rand

I went to Nandos North Rand on the 17th of March. I ordered the Grande salad, 1/4 chicken and wedges (eat in). I requested that the chicken and wedges be packaged for take away. I waited for Minutes and I kept asking the lady for my take away. After sometime, we called the waiters to come to our table because we wanted to request for water. I requested water with lemon and waited for minutes. The service was terrible.
