Poor service at Nandos Horizonview

I bought my 3 meals and I specifically asked for extra basting sauce , on my slip it’s written but come to the food , Dololo no sauce , the meat was just dry , I would like to believe that it happened because I refuse to reverse my car on the collection window, why would I be asked to reverse when I’m not obstructing anything
