Poor service at Nandos 7th Avenue and Rivonia Rd.

Today I decided to go check out Nandos on corner 7th Avenue &Rivonia Rd. I order 2 quarter chicken and chips, 1 mild and 1 lemon and herb. This was a drive through. Upon reaching the window to get my order, I asked the person to add source to my chips becuase I know the small ones they gives is either one or two which is not enough. The lady says to me they are not allowed. I was really heart broken. I have been to a couple of Nandos and have never been denied a source. This was a start of my nightmare. When Iot back to my office to eat, yo, the meat was very dry, I wasted R130 for what really. Why did I get such a poor service. I took pictures of this, if anyone wants to see my disappointment.
