Poor service at NANDO'S
My family decided to go have lunch at Nando's at Sun coast today, had the worst service ever, firstly I understand that they were busy, we finally found a table BUT waited about 20 minutes for the table to be cleaned, we sat there smelling and looking at left over food, so un-hygienic, we ask 3 times for the table to be cleaned, but still waited, I finally got frustrated and went to speak to the manager who came , he spoke to the guy cleaning , then walked away, but they started cleaning people tables who came after us. Finally it got done, 10 minutes later our meal came and guess what, no one so it fit to give us utensils and plates to eat on, we waited another 5 minutes for that to come, food was cold by then, we were so hungry we just didn't have the energy to complain anymore, I spent R370 for the meal, it didn't feel as if I was eating at Nando's, seems Nando's standards are dropping, poor service, Guess it was my fault for choosing to eat at Nando's
