Poor service, arrogance and incompetence

I drove 26 minutes to go buy Nandos at MegaCity. I ordered 3 quarters, 3 garlic rolls, 3 wedges and spinach. I waited about 15 minutes and I was given a package. I drove back home and the pack was one quarter short. I called Nandos and the lady (her name is Pretty) acknowledged that they packed one quarter short and that they did not do their work with diligence. She said I must come collect and I told her that I am far and will not be coming that side. She said sorry I can’t deliver chicken. I asked her, what will I eat. Her arrogance and dismissiveness was annoying. That was 12:20 today 13 February 2024. I still do not have chicken nor a call from her I do acting when they will deliver. I told her that their incompetence can’t be my problem. I took time out, to go and buy. They have no decency of bringing me my chicken. Poor service! I don’t know how many more people get incorrect orders. Do they keep these pieces for themselves and families?
