Poor service and Long time of waiting

I ordered from 20:12 and we've been asking for our food from 8:30 as given 10 - 15 mins but got the food at 20:45 as i was being skipped multiple times, I am not happy with the service please try to improve it because I was willing to get my refund and just leave everything.
