Poor service and food quality

A week ago we ordered a pita and livers from Nando’s in Sandown Road, Parklands, Cape Town. The Pita was dry with no sauce or mayonnaise and the livers had no sauce at all. The livers provided were dry pieces of livers. I phoned the manager who assured me that they would look into it and sort it out. I went there today to buy 4 pitas and again it was totally dry. It seems to be the norm by the chefs and no supervision. It is supposed to be a drive through but every time they ask us to go and park and wait for our orders. The service is very bad.
