Poor service and cold food
Good day <br> I was at Bergview Engen at 1:30pm today the 4th of January 2016. I ordered two meals both 1/4 chicken with Rolls, chips and wedges. <br> Order was placed at 1:33pm and after waiting 20mins (as I told it would take 20mins) I went to the counter to check the order and it was not ready so I continued to wait and decided to check every 5mins. The store was really busy and I understood the pressure they were under to service all the customers which is exactly the reason I decided to check on my food.<br> <br> At 50mins after ordering during my check up on my food I noticed it was lying on the table outside of the warming lights. I informed the staff and I was then served. The food was unfortunately cold and it was 36deg outside which would only imply that my food was lying and no1 had bothered to figure out whose order it was <br> <br> If the food was great I would not have bothered with the wait, but my food was cold and I waited 50mins for cold food that didn't taste as good as I expect from bergview. <br> I'm terribly ? that no1 tried to warm up the food even though I informed the lady who served me.
