poor service and bad image for the brand

i went to nandos in northriding with my family, and received very poor service. we were served the chicken, might a say a very dry chicken which is not the way nandos is made. we then were left with no plates or sauces. waitress was so uninterested in our needs and made no effort. im very dissapointed with the service. especially being a loyal customer
