poor Service and bad attitude
I arrived at Nando today 16/08/2017 @13h10 i did place my order but it took the 20 minutes to give me my order when i enquired Mashudu Ndonyane (Nando's Mvusuludzo mall)who was here told me that the reason why they cant help me is that i once ate Nando's food and left the shop without paying mind you this doesnt have a sit down service and i ended up coming back later to pay. I mean if i did that will i come back to pay , and why am i not being served what i need and why is the services getting poor by day . What needs to happen to this services. The manager that was there was busy chatting on her phone and she only said that she is busy training the new staff and she is new to the shop. Service in this shop is very bad.
