Poor service and attitude from the Manager and inadequate serving portions...no value for money

Disappointed when getting home from to loadshedding on a cold Friday evening in Jhb, after picking up food from Nando's Savoy. After paying over R250 for a meal I arrive home to find that my side order of spicy veggies is not even enough of a serving of 1. I then rush back to the Nando's in question, certain if was an innocent error, only to be assisted barely..by a very a rude and impatient manager that stated that he didn't have time to listen to my complaints and insisted that the equivalent of 2tables****s measured of veggies is the correct side serving amount...never in my numerous times of ordering at Nandos have seen this. He seemed uninterested in me and wanted me rushed away and simply processed a refund. Absolutely not acceptable...when did we become a country that has Absolutely no interest is customer care especially in times like these. Definitely won't be purchasing Nando's anytime soon and Definitely not at Nando's savoy. Nandos is not the cheapest option forn family take-out but based on its taste factor ..its mostly option one for us...but sadly no longer...people have lost their humane touch to atleast hear a person ...very disappointed at the Manager at this specific Nando's and certainly their portion size for their....No value for money at all
