Poor service again

Another shocking service from Ntando’s Bryanston. They are becoming the kings and queen of pathetic service. I called the store at 14:53. First person took our call, passed us to the next person, who also attempted to pass us to the next person and they started arguing about who should be taking the order. 2 minutes later someone decided to take our order only to find that they were punching it on the system they wrote it on paper. 5 minutes later I arrived to pay for my order and only then it was being punched on the system. I kept my cool and watched them. At 15:20 my order was finally ready, that’s about 25 minutes later. I told the lady that I don’t have much time but I hope they have done my order correctly and after I joined the highway to my meeting my wife opened the food for us to eat and we found our order to be wrong. The tangy tomato Leg portion grilled with sauce, they decided to make it a breast, my wife’s lemon and herb with extra did not have the extra sauce and it actually was based with tangy tomato first and they then based it with lemon and herb. Then we didn’t have cutlery in our package yet we ordered a roll that come with butter. When I enquired I was told that I have to ask for it, why the hell do they not ask me if I need cutlery???? And then there was no salt in the package for us to season our chips if we wanted to. The service at this branch keeps getting worse. It’s my 3rd time seeing this terrible experience.
