Poor Service
To whom it may concern
Good day, I would just like to express my disgust in the service of Nandos Vryburg branch in North West, South Africa. Firstly, they offer an online ordering service but the payment option is unavailable. Secondly, we make use of this option to avoid gueues, due to covid-19. I received a message suggesting my order is ready for collection. Upon arrival I tried getting the attention of the cashier to inform of the placed order. To my surprise I was informed to que behind customers waiting to place orders. I feel this is really poor service delivery and declined to que just to make a payment. I asked to see the Manager, by the name of Prosper. The manager suggested the same, to which I rep**** I am not. I displayed my frustration and disgust at this poor level of customer service. The tone of this manager was very condiscending, to say the least. I am here at home,hungry, angry, and so much more unexplainable emotions. I further feel the manager lacks customer relations training. Kindly look into this matter. This poor service from this particular branch is bringing the image of your franchise in disrepute, and is going to cost you customers in the long run. Upset
