Poor service

When i went to order my food, at the cashier, she was busy speaking to another colleague, she got my order wrong the first & second time, when i checked my slip, she still placed the order incorrectly, they had to call the supervisor to authorize to correct the mistake, i had to then make another payment for what they never added, when we finally got our order, they gave me the incorrect portion of chicken from what i had requested, my husbands chicken looked as dry as the Kalahari desert, i said never again, we never go to this one but because we were right there & didnt want to drive pass our home, we stopped there, worst mistake of my life! wasted my money on horrible service & food!
