Poor Service

Nandos Southgate Value Mart on saturday me and my partner went nandos ordered two half chicken meals for sit in and two drinks the person took our orders and asked me if the wanted the drinks and we replyed for them to bring it to our table as we where still waiting for our food.WEsat there for about 15min no drinks arrived and we had to collect it from the counter ourselfs with no apology.We waited for our food for about 45min. Our food arrived at the table everything on both plates was ice cold and we decided not to accept the poor service and i requested a full refund and they took my details and promised to get back to me which never happened. Poor service and Poor Management of a branch that used to be on the ball.Will never again be going back to that place again.We went to the branch in southgate and the Service was excellent there.
