Poor service

I have ordered 2 meals on Wednesday night from NANDOS BRAAMFONTEIN and after 1h20 I had to call the restaurant and enquire about my order, was told driver is on his way, when the driver arrived he acted all surprised to find that he did not have my order claiming he left it at the restaurant, I called the restaurant and they told me they were sending another driver, after a good 30 minutes, a different driver calls me and tells me he's got my order only to find out that he has half the order, he left the drinks behind, I contacted the complaint line and was told I would receive a call from braamfontein manager in 48hrs, its been more than 48 hrs still no call from the store. I sent email to the store no reply. I'm disgusted by such poor service.
