Poor service

Nando's Nelspruit Brown Street has once again disappointed me. The first time was last year 3 June I ordered a meal I paid R152 which includes delivery and they never delivered my food they put online that they have delivered which they haven't. Again 1st of January 2025 I ordered words R121 including delivery they call me to pick up which I don't understand why should I pick up when I paid delivery fee and I am in no state of getting my meal which is I don't have a car to fetch the food. I'm disappointed of Nando's Nelspruit Brown Street
