Poor service

Honest mistake on my part, I asked for an extra sauce in my 1/4 chicken after the lady at the drive thru window had concluded the transaction. She then told me that I must tell the people at the pick up window that I want extra sauce and they will sort it out for me. To my surprise, when I get to the pick up window, I tell the lady there that I want extra sauce and she made it seem like a problem that I’m requesting it there. I then had to explain what happened in order for me to request it by her. When I get him to open my order, there is no extra sauce in my meat. This could have been handled better, if providing good service to your customers isn’t a priority then can I suggest that we look into self service machines
