Poor service

<p>Nandos in southgate is so ***********, this is the second time they doing this ****. The first time I let it go this time I'm not going to let it slide..</p> <p> </p> <p>I love your chicken but I hate it when im *****ed, I ordered a hot full chicken, well done with extra sauce and I was told it's only gon take 10 min. I stood there for 20 min without complaining thinking maybe because I ordered well done that's why it's taking long.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got to my place I only ate 2 pieces thinking it would get better only to find the other pieces are worse. The chicken was not well grilled I dont know if they took it out of the deep freezer and put it on the stove because the inside was pure white.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's annoying is I had to drive all the way from Soweto back to Southgate to go complain, this is bull I wasted my petrol which you not going to reimburse. The manager was calm trying to apologise but I was fuming I left the RAW chicken there and asked for my money.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Nando's Southgate needs proper management</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so dissapointed </p>
