Poor Service
<p>Staff at this branch do not value customers and are not well trained on the menu that is offered by nando's. I wanted to order a plateau and the teller said she does not know what I am referring to...I then asked for the menu she said they do not have a menu with the plateaus. She called someone who is here to relief the manager who said no they do not have these menus so I asked her why she could not at least call the nearest branch and ask that they send her the menu as I know that this is sold by nando's only then did she then go to the back and contact someone to assist at another branch. I had already been waiting for over ten minutes and I'm still waiting for my order it is now over 20 minutes</p>
