Poor service

Nando's call centre jabulile and colombine,bad experience for 2 following days waiting for order that did not arrive and *********** staff and poor service and they were very unapologetic and they refused to put me through to the store manager asked them to call back and listening was not their thing spent almost 200 on airtime please help a frustrated and irrate customer
