poor service
<p>On the 27/10/2016, I took my wife for supper to band's in the ridge shallcross where there seen to be a real lack of disorder as well as manners and ethics. I pla ed my order and waited for around 30 minutes for my order to be served to me and thereafter when the meal which was late, I find that the chips was literally left in the fryer to lo g and was burnt. When inquiring about the chips the waitress advised that it's normal as she was rushing to go of shift. When sending this chips back when receiving the order, I still didn't get no reply of whether I was getting another chips or not. To better after 15 minutes from the time I was served the meal I yet again didn't even received the cool drink which purchased when I inquired about the chips when I was half way through my meal then I get a reply that they are making chips. And to top it of i only get the chips when my meal is don't. </p> <p> </p> <p>Wow what service providers that show a lack of communication with the staff as the cool drink was not given on time as well as there was bo communication that there is new chips to be served. This shows a real bad reflection on the management team in this branch. </p>
