Poor service

Nandos in Honeydew Eagles landing service is deteriorating. We bought take aways last not only to find that the hot sauce has not been bssted onto the chicken. Not the first bad experience. Two months ago i went in for a sit down meal, ordered hot the teller rang medium, i brought it to her attention and she brushed it off and insist i would be served hot. Off course my meal was medium. It used to be one of the best but these days it has definitely poor.
