Poor Service
I went to the Nando's here on Malibongwe drive just past Hill Street. I was there at 9:35am this morning. I ordered the Quarter Chicken, Roll and chips special. The cashier said she would not take my order because it was too early but, the doors were open? I ask the cashier if I could pay now and collect the meal a little later. Which I was told no. So I went back to work, I work at CMH Ford Raandburg. At lunch time I went back to the Nando's to get the Quarter Chicken, Roll and chips meal. I was then told that they are sold out. The least the cashier could have done was let me know that I should come back soon to get the meal. I was not aware they only sell a certain amount everyday and if the shop was open why could I not pay now and collect later. I am terribly disappointed with the service. I ended up having Pizza Hut for lunch.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
