Poor service
Yesterday I went to Nandos with my family, first we were told we’d have to wait 30 minutes for our order. 30 minutes later our order hadn’t arrived, I saw that they were serving customers who came way after us because they were vocal about their complaints. When I went to speak to the manager, he had nothing but attitude towards me and others who were complaining, his name is Kevin, at the pavilion branch. He told us he was going in order and that I’ll have to wait, but his friend at the back and f the line was already served, if he was going accordingly we would have been served already. I was told my order is coming. I went to sit down but they continued to serve customers who came after a us, an hour had now passed since I ordered, I went to ask them what was going on? Why were we being skipped, Kevin seemed surprised that we had not received our order but still was cheeky in his responses. Not only was the service poor, but Kevin was very rude to be manager of anything involving customers.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
