Poor Service
I placed an order over the telephone on 29 March 2019 at 20:10. I was informed via SMS that i should collect my order at 20:30. When i arrived at the shop at 20:32, my order had not been prepared. I had to wait for 22 additional minutes. I only received my order at 20:54. I was told that the reason for the delay is due to high demand because it is month end and the meat was not ready as it was still in the oven at the time of the order.
