poor service
we placed an order at 13:26pm at nandos sandton city, until now as im writing this review at 14:48. we had to call and check where is the order and the lady called venus answered the phone. she too put us on hold for like 15 minutes to find out about the order but she was the one who placed it for us. asked the the name of her manager she couldnt answer me as she put me on hold again to look for the name. like seriously who does that? the order came now at 15:00. we are very dissatisfied with the service as its not our problem that its busy or not. the apology sounded like a person wanting me to just get off her face. we order via phone because of limited time we have. this is so not on as we are even regulars of buying there. very dissatisfied.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
