Poor service

Poor service. Just went to Nandos waterfall in Midrand. After waiting 15mins my wifes grande meal was ready. Bit slower than usual but not the end of the world. Was told my bar one milkshake was on its way, 10mins later nothing! So i asked for my money back, another 5mins. So got cold food and no milkshake, thanks for the **** service... Don't see myself going back there any time soon...
