Poor Service

I just went to Nando's William Nicol Drive to order hot pot with no cabbage, and a quarter meal. Firstly I asked for extra sauce on the meal, they said it's there but when I checked the chicken was dry. I had to ask for that person to go back to put extra sauce. When I got to the office I found that the hot pot did not have FETA cheese which I had paid R14 for. I tried to contact Nando's on ********** 283 and was holding on for nothing as no one bothered to answer the phone. Bare in mind that it's a drive to go there and I can't be wasting my petrol going there again.
