Poor Service

On Sunday Morning the 07/02/2016 I took my wife and 3 year old to Nandos Strubens Valley the one close to Builders Warehouse. We order an extra hot burger with cheese and a 1/2 chicken lemon and herb we request additional extra hot sauce. The kind cashier said that we must tell the waiter and she will bring some to you, what followed shortly was a huge argument with the on duty team leader who insisted that he was instructed by Nandos head office not to provide any additional sauce. He then gave me a number for the store manager who then started explaining if he gave me additional sauce it will impacted his bottom line and while talking to me he slams the phone down. Needless to say we left the store with a very hungry 3 year old, and went to Nandos in Eagle canyon, where surprisingly the provided the additional sauce with no fuss or arguments . How is it that each store operates differently. What worst is I called the Nandos Customer care line and they vowed to resolve this and get back to me, 3 days later and I am still waiting feedback,,,Flaming hot service....
