Poor service
I placed an order for delivery at 13:46. The lady advised me that the meal will get delivered in 35 -40 minutes. After an hour, I called to follow up on the delivery, I was told that the driver left a while back. The driver arrived at 15:03. All the food was cold and the ice cream that comes with the kiddies meal was melted to the core.
I sent the driver back and told him to let the store manager or owner contact me.
Nobody has contacted me as yet.
Can Nando's management please address those responsible?
