Poor Service
I called to order and collect and the person taking my order said it would be ready for collection in 20 minutes. I arrived at the store in 20 minutes and my order was far from ready and it was incorrect. I paid and waited and after waiting for an additional 10 minutes I asked how far the order was and I was told it would take another 5 minutes or so. I asked why they said 20 minutes on the phone and it takes so long. After 40 minutes they called orders that came long after I arrived. I asked that they cancel my order then they told me they can't coz I paid with a card. This is the worst service ever and I will never buy in this store again. I am a regular customer here but I'm treated like this.
