Poor service
If Nandos in Faerie Glen can just get it right, i will jump off a cliff! I dont want to hear that Nandos have always placed great emphasis on customer care and it is for this reason that they will go to any length to ensure customer satisfaction, or that you strive to deliver a top quality product and outstanding service. <br> <br> I dont want to know that my opinion means the world to you, and that you have to regain my favour! I dont want apologies all the time, i just dont want to place an order at 18:09 and get it at 19:44, ice cold and not worth looking at. I informed the delivery person that i want fresh warm food, and then he came back at 20:58 (almost 4 hours later - from a restaurant 3 minutes drive from my house. Your telephone operator called me \this guy""; but i can not wait a total of 4 hours for my supper; at this stage; i hate to order from Nandos!;;;<br> <br> Your service sucks; and if that is bad;then your food leave a bad taste in my mouth!!!!"""
