Poor service
Goodday I visited the nandos Midlands mall 10/10 2015 @18:15 <br> I ordered a full chicken meal with exta sauce when I got home to eat with an intention of having a nice supper only to get home to a burnt dry bitter tasting meal.I attend the store the next day and I complained only to be told \ its not my fault its the kitchens fault"they said to me it was my job to check my meal before leaving.thats ridiculous honestly.they have dont care attitudes and if you try to complain to the manager they get annoyed with us complaining.its by far the worst customer service nandos ever an I am disappointed because everyone loves nandos but we treated very poorly.I wish they could improve there services as well as management team.
