Poor sercive Nado's Cresta

Good day my name is Nolwazi I would like to report the poor service from Nando's Cresta. My colleague and I waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Once the food was delivered it was the wrong order. When Thobekile and I called the manager at cresta he was in a I don't care mode and when we asked for a refund he advised that we should speak to Mr Delivery. I then asked for his managers details numerous times and instead managers details he provided me with Mr delivery details for a guy named Peter ***. I then advised Peter that I will never order from Nando's Cresta poor service and a don't care attitude and his answer was that "that is fine"
