Poor quality with great service from the staff

I would like to reflect on the meal that was received on Saturday the 3rd of July 2021. I purchased the full and 4 sharing meal. I had to eat a half done chicken with parts of blood from the chicken, the spinach was cold as though it was prepared earlier that day.

If this is the service we going to receive at the drive thru to get the queue moving then you rather close the Drive Thru as I've never experienced such when I purchase inside the restaurant.
