Poor quality of food/service

I really don't like resorting to this kind of measures but really I can't handle the poor food quality/service I am receiving from this store, I have had incidents in the past where I have complained to the manager and am a regular customer and have given them a chance over and over again. I purchased a meal for 2 people this evening , none of our meals were prepared well. I asked for a leg quarter( which seems to be getting smaller everytime I purchase this) I requested extra sauce( jeewizz I will pay for it if need be) , my leg quarter came with NO SAUCE, dry and tasteless, I ordered a spinach lemon and herb, no flavour at all, seems like plain spinach that was thrown in a box, chicken strips and rice, absolutely dry no extra sauce either, I have been trying to avoid purchasing from this store because there seems to always be an issue with our orders. I have been purchasing from the other stores and had no issues. I am not sure what the issue is , maybe staff need to be monitored /managed properly.
