poor quality control and hygiene practices
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to provide some feedback on our visit to nandos at N1 city (the restaurant inside the mall). As we waited for our food to arrive i noticed that the hand-wash bay was filled with bottles of nandos sauces that were in process of being refilled. I could barely open the tap to wash my hands. however i managed to work my way through and wash my hands. After a while, i noticed that the staff member was refilling the nandos sauce bottles at the wash bay. This was a major put off for me and my family. We noticed that the staff member had left about 20 or more open bottles of sauce around the basin while people were going to wash their hands. I am quite sure that dirty water had entered these sauce bottles. Is this normal? I feel that quality control and hygiene practices are being highly neglected here. I am truly disgusted at this experience we had, because we as customers use from these sauces on our food that we INGEST. If you are interested in seeing some photographs of this, i am willing to send it to you. I hope that you will take this further and have it not happen at any of your branches, because you are chasing customers away.</p>
