Poor quality chicken

A colleague of mine ordered a quarter chicken peri chips and garlic roll for me yesterday from festival mall nandos, and on several occasions i have noticed the chicken from there is of low quality, please nandos look into this matter its not nice to receive and eat food of poor quality I've eaten at various nandos restaurants but this particular one I'm not impressed with.
